Additional DVD copies are available and based on:
- How many copies you would like
- The DVD Case you would like your copies packaged in
- Time from original order
- The type of video we produced for you
Archive Procedures
Every video we produce is held
for a minimum of 30 days then archived for future changes, updates
or additional copies. The type of video you had produced determines
how it is processed.

Additional Copies At Time of Order
This is the best time to place an order for
additional copies. It will save you a future trip, there will be no
waiting for the additional copies and it's cheaper. If you are
certain that you will need a certain number of copies, place the
order for them at the time of the original order.

Additional Copies Within 30 Days From Time of Order
It happens all the time, nobody wants a copy
until they've actually seen the finished video production. It's not
a problem at EndZone Productions, we keep your production on our
system for 30 days from the time of original order. We can extend
the time we will hold your video if notified in advance. All you
have to do is give us a call or shoot us an email and tell us what
you need, we'll take care of the rest and notify you when the
additional copies are ready.

Additional Copies After 30 Days From Time of Order
Ok, so you have an indecisive relative, someone
didn't see the video until well after the re-order deadline,
someone's copy was damaged and they would like a new one. Whatever
the case, we can help...maybe. No matter photo, video or film
transfer, what you need to do is locate an original copy of the
production and we'll go from there. Unfortunately, if you had a
video or film transfer, we only archive the artwork and we have no
record of the actual video or film transfer as it is all removed
from our system.
