Our Policy
Customer service is not just
our number one priority, but the reason we're in business. If
for any reason you are displeased with an EndZone Productions
product, please contact us and we will try to make it right.
We will gladly replace any defective DVD or any DVD with typos or blatant errors in packaging or production. For any DVD with compatibility issues, it is to our discretion to provide an additional VHS of the production mastered from the non-compatible DVD or provide a cd-rom in a general computer compliant format (avi, wmv or mpeg1).
We do apologize in advance for any issues you are having and will strive to make it right.
